Contact-data handling

NeuralMark is designed for on-premise exam grading. Student answer sheets, names, and scores remain on the institution's own machine and are not sent to NeuralMark or any third party for processing.

What we collect

When you contact us, we may receive the email address, WhatsApp account details, and message that you choose to send. We do not require student data to answer an enquiry.

Why we use it

We use contact information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss installation or hardware compatibility, and provide requested onboarding or product information.

Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for the conversation or a related support request. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by emailing neuralmarking@gmail.com.

Privacy-first design

Because grading runs on hardware your institution owns, you decide who can access the workstation, who keeps the scans, and when they are deleted. This is a privacy-first architectural approach, not a blanket legal compliance claim.
